Steven joins Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty as a full-time real estate agent. As a first generation Portuguese A merican, Steven comes from a family with an extensive new construction background. That, along with being a resident of Long Island’s north shore for over 30 years has allowed Steven to have a rock solid foundation into providing an exceptional buying and selling home experience that falls in line with Daniel Gales Sotheby's International Realty century long record in delivering incomparable experiences to our clients.
Prior to signing up with Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty, Steven obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Economic with a concentration in financial management from SUNY Cortland. After college, Steven dove into the finance field signing up with an equity firm where he was able to speak with thousands of businesses over time and fine tune his ability to take in all the concerns of the client, negotiate with them, and multitask with a different parties to get deals done in way where both sides left the table happy.
Steven has also worked for one of the United States biggest exterior home remodeling companies. This company provided a yearlong class room setting that dove into all aspects that involves exterior remodeling that includes major aspects of your future home such as the roof, windows, siding. Along with the class, Steven visited hundreds of Long Island homes to assess those houses while working with homeowners on purchases that not only made their houses safer to live in for their family, but also drove up actual value of their houses.
